During your initial consultation, we speak about the patient’s needs while answering any questions you have in regard to our services. Our services focus on non-medical, day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and medication reminders. If a patient does have a medical condition that requires more in-depth knowledge or training, then we’ll provide the caretaker with the necessary training on-site.

No. We currently do not deny assistance to individuals with any disabilities or diseases that need in-home care services in El Paso. We understand that there is a different level of care for each patient; as such, we match our caretakers to perform adequately to what is needed. 

We can help COVID patients while working with the patient’s family to keep them and our staff safe from infection. This varies on a few factors regarding patient isolation and what the situation is for the patient and family, and how our staff can help efficiently.

Currently, we work with Amerigroup, Molina Healthcare, Superior Healthplan, Veteran’s Affairs, and the Texas Department on Aging and Disability Services under the Health and Human Services Commission. We also accept Private Pay patients and have very affordable rates.
